What we do

Link Wise Property Solutions , with the website: “https://linkwiserei.com/” is legally constituted as a for-profit organization focused on real estate investment that specializes in wholesaling residential properties.
Our primary activity is to identify and acquire properties directly from homeowners typically in need of a quick or flexible sale and assigning or reselling those properties to investors.
All closings are conducted with the oversight of a licensed Title Company, ensuring full transparency and legal compliance throughout the process.
We do not rely on traditional financing, and our transactions are designed to be fast, simple, and straightforward for all parties involved.
We are not licensed real estate agents neither represent buyers or sellers in any fiduciary capacity. All activities are conducted as principals or assignors in the transaction, and any resale or assignment is made through a valid contractual agreement
